Textron Aviation issued service bulletin SEL-32-04 advising owners of certain T206H models to perform a one-time inspection of their aircraft’s landing gear shimmy dampeners. The letter states that some dampeners have been found to be missing safety wire on the aft attachment bolts.  

Compliance with the letter is recommended to be completed at the next 100-hour inspection or annual. If the bolts are not safety wired, .032-inch stainless steel safety wire should be used to safety the attachments following the diagram in the service letter.
