I am new here and it is a little late to respond I suppose. However, if you are buying a 310, buy a R model. You can find some old freighters for under $100,000 these days. That is probably in the same price range as a nice P model. You will enjoy the bigger engines and the nice smooth ride in the R model. Also, when it comes to selling it down the road, you will probably get more hits.
